I've been doing form drills and strength training for a while now, and honestly, I think it's made a slight difference. My pace hasn't improved dramatically, but I do feel like I'm expending less energy to maintain it. Maybe it's just a mental thing, but it's something. Not sure if it's a natural gift or not, but I think it's worth the effort to try and improve.
High jump isn't really my thing, but it's always great to see Aussies killing it on the international stage. Patterson's performance is definitely something to be proud of.
