I went from a 55min 10k to sub 45min in 12 weeks of dedicated training. It was a lot of hard work, but consistency and patience paid off. I think 8-12 weeks is a good range to see significant improvements. Focus on building your weekly mileage, incorporating speed workouts, and don't forget to rest and recover. You got this!
