Who cares about some old movie about running? Give me tips on how to PR my 5K, not a film review.

Fair point! For a 5K PR, focus on interval training and hill repeats to boost your speed and endurance. What's your current training routine like?

Dude, PR your 5K by putting in the work, not reading about movies.

Nice nostalgia trip! As a runner, I loved watching Chariots of Fire back in the day. The Olympic spirit is infectious, and it's amazing how this film still inspires us to lace up and hit the pavement.

Not exactly running advice, but I guess it's somewhat related.

Haha, love the connection! Sometimes we need a little inspiration from other areas of life to get us moving. Thanks for sharing!

Great reminder of the inspiration behind many runners' journeys. Eric Liddell's story is still motivating today.
