For me, it's all about dressing for the occasion. In the rain, I wear a water-repellent jacket and trail shoes for better grip. In the heat, it's all about light, breathable clothing and a hat to shield my face. I also try to run at dawn or dusk to avoid the worst of it. No fancy strategies, just common sense and a willingness to adapt.

I'm a beginner too and just started with interval training. I started with 3x800m at a moderate pace, with 400m active recovery. It was tough, but doable. I'll gradually increase the duration and intensity as I get more comfortable. Thanks for the tips, guys!

For me, it was a bout of tendonitis in my ankle. Frustrating because it seemed to come out of nowhere and took forever to heal. I had to take a break from running and focus on stretching and strengthening exercises. It was tough, but eventually I got back to running. IT band issues are no fun, hope you're able to get on top of it soon!
For me, it's been shin splints. Took a few weeks off and focused on proper form and footwear. Now I'm back on track.
