Strength and mobility are just one part of the equation. What about endurance and mental toughness?
I've done a few of these tests and they're a great way to identify weaknesses. The single-leg squat is a killer for me, need to work on that ankle stability.
Because what I really needed was a NYT article to tell me I'm not flexible enough. Just kidding, I already knew that. Adding these tests to my never-ending list of things to work on. Thanks for the motivation, I guess.
