Cross-training for runners: why and how I do it

I've started incorporating cycling and strength training into my routine to reduce the risk of overuse injuries. It's not about getting faster, just about staying healthy. Anyone else doing the same?

That's great to hear! Cycling is low-impact, so it's perfect for knee health. What kind of strength training are you doing? I've been doing bodyweight exercises, but I'm looking to mix it up.
