Favorite Running Podcasts

I'm looking to mix up my running playlist and wanted to know what running podcasts you all are listening to. I've been stuck on the same old music playlist for a while now and thought a podcast might be a nice change of pace. Do you have any recommendations? I'm interested in hearing about podcasts that focus on training, racing, and general running advice.

I'm not much of a podcast guy, but I did try 'Marathon Training Academy' for a bit. It's pretty no-nonsense, which I appreciate. The hosts are experienced runners and they dish out solid advice. Not exactly entertaining, but informative. Worth a shot if you're looking for something new.

I've been listening to 'Trail Runner Nation' for a while now and it's been a game-changer for me. They cover a wide range of topics, from training and racing to gear and trail etiquette. The hosts are knowledgeable and passionate about trail running, and I always learn something new. Give it a shot if you're looking for something different from the usual road running podcasts.

Trail Runner Nation is a great choice. I've listened to it too and found it really informative. If you're looking for more options, I'd recommend 'The Running Coach' podcast. It's more focused on training and racing, and the host has a no-BS approach that I appreciate. Worth checking out.

I'm a big fan of podcasts during my long runs! One of my favorites is 'The Running Coach' - it's all about training and racing advice. The host is knowledgeable and engaging, and I always pick up some useful tips. I also enjoy 'Runner's World Show' - it's more general running chat, but they often have interesting guests and topics. Give them a try!
