For me, it's a good headlamp. I do a lot of early morning trail runs and it's a game-changer. Don't get me wrong, it's not the most glamorous piece of gear, but it's a must-have. I've tried running with a phone light, but it's just not the same. Invest in a good headlamp, trust me.
Consistency is key, I'm with you on that. 10-15 minutes a day is better than nothing.

Good advice, but don't forget to also work on your form and cadence. Track work can help you improve your efficiency and endurance. And yeah, don't be that guy who's oblivious to others on the track. Also, try to avoid doing your repeats during peak hours when the track is crowded. You'll get more out of your workout and avoid annoying others.
