I've been using a foam roller to help with recovery, but I'm wondering if I'm overdoing it. How many times a week is too many? Anyone have experience with this?
I foam roll 2-3 times a week, focusing on specific areas like IT band and calves. More than that can be counterproductive, causing inflammation instead of relief.
I disagree. If you're not feeling it, you're not doing it right. I foam roll daily and it's made a huge difference in my recovery. Don't be lazy, put in the work.
