Gels or Chews on Long Runs?

What's your go-to for fueling on long runs? I've been using gels but lately, I've been considering switching to chews. Anyone have a strong preference? Do chews really provide a more sustained energy boost or is it all in my head? Help a runner out!

I've tried both, but I stick to gels. They're quicker to consume and easier to digest on the go. Chews are a hassle to eat while running, and I don't think the extra few minutes of energy boost are worth it.

I've had similar experiences with gels being easier to consume on the run. Haven't noticed a significant difference in energy boost between the two, so I stick with gels for convenience.
