How do you ensure you're getting enough sleep during intense training periods? Do you stick to a strict sleep schedule or listen to your body and sleep in when needed? I've been struggling to balance sleep and training, and would love to hear about your strategies.
Listen to your body, period. I've found that forcing a strict sleep schedule can be more harmful than helpful. If I need an extra hour, I take it. My body knows what it needs, and I trust it.
