I'm new to running and I'm not a fan of running in the cold. I've been considering investing in a treadmill for winter training. Has anyone else made the switch to treadmill running during the colder months? Do you find it helps with consistency and avoiding winter-related injuries? Any recommendations for a good beginner-friendly treadmill?
I'm a winter wimp too! I got a treadmill last year and it's been a lifesaver. Consistency is key, and it's way easier to stick to a schedule when you're not freezing your butt off. Plus, no icy roads or dark mornings to worry about. I've got a ProForm and it's been great for a beginner like me.
