Dealing with Runner's Knee

I've recently been diagnosed with runner's knee and I'm looking for some advice on how to manage it. What are some of the most effective exercises and stretches to alleviate the pain? Have you found any particular treatments or products that have helped you recover? I'm keen to hear about your experiences and get back to running pain-free.

Been there, done that. For me, strengthening my core and glutes has made a huge difference. Try adding some leg raises and step-ups to your routine. Also, make sure to stretch your IT band regularly. I've also found that using a foam roller helps reduce the pain. Take it slow and don't rush back into running, you'll only make it worse.
