Foam rolling: does it actually do anything?

I've been foam rolling my IT band for weeks and I'm not feeling any difference. Is it just a waste of time or am I doing it wrong?

Don't give up on foam rolling just yet! It takes time and consistency to see results. Make sure you're rolling slowly and focusing on the tender spots. Try incorporating it into your routine 2-3 times a week and see how you feel in a month. Patience is key!
