Pilates for Runners: Is It Worth the Investment?

Hey fellow runners, I've been thinking about incorporating Pilates into my training to improve my core strength and flexibility. Has anyone tried it? Did you notice any improvements in your running performance or reduced injury risk? I'm not looking to replace my runs with Pilates sessions, but rather use it as a supplement to my training. Is it worth the investment of time and money?
