Anyone here still running in their 70s? How's it going? What kind of mileage are you doing?
I'm not 70 yet but I'm already struggling to keep up with my younger self. Can't imagine doing it in my 70s. Kudos to you guys who can still do it. Must be nice to have that kind of energy left.
