I've been thinking of taking my dog with me on my daily runs. Has anyone else done this? How did it work out? I'm concerned about the extra distraction and potential safety issues, but it would be great to have some company. Any tips or warnings would be appreciated. I've got a medium-sized energetic dog, if that makes a difference.
That's a pretty harsh stance - I've seen plenty of runners with their dogs and it seems to work out fine. Maybe share your reasoning?
