For me, it's all about breaking it down into smaller chunks. When I'm feeling drained, I focus on putting one foot in front of the other, just getting to the next mile marker or the next water stop. It's not about being all motivational or anything, just about making it manageable. And sometimes, I'll think about all the times I've pushed through tough moments before - it's a reminder that I can do it again.
