Improving Running Economy

I've been trying to focus on my running form to improve my overall efficiency. I've heard that good running economy can make a big difference in endurance and speed. What tips do you have for improving running economy? I've been trying to focus on landing midfoot, keeping my posture upright, and engaging my core. Are there any other key factors I should be considering?

I've been working on my form too. One thing that's helped me is to focus on quick turnover and light footsteps. It's not just about landing midfoot, but also about how quickly you can get your feet back off the ground. Also, don't forget to relax your shoulders and arms - tension there can waste a lot of energy.
