Pilates for runners: worth adding to my routine?

Hey fellow runners, I've been thinking of adding Pilates to my cross-training routine. Has anyone tried it? Did you see any improvements in your running? Is it worth the extra time and effort? Share your experiences!

Tried it, didn't see much difference. Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather spend my time running.
