Yoga for runners: Worth the stretch?

I've been considering adding yoga to my routine, but I'm not sure if it's worth the time. Anyone have experience with yoga for runners? Does it actually help with flexibility and injury prevention? Let me know.

Good to hear that it's worked for you, but 2 years is a pretty small sample size. Would like to hear from more people who've incorporated yoga into their training to get a better sense of its effectiveness.
