Form Check

I've been working on my running form for a while now, trying to improve my efficiency and reduce my risk of injury. But I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Do you guys get your form checked regularly? By a coach, a running buddy, or do you just wing it and hope for the best? How do you know if you're making progress?

I've been trying to work on my form too, but it's hard to know if I'm doing it right. I don't have a coach or a running buddy, so I just try to pay attention to my posture and foot strike. I've been filming myself running and watching it back to see if I can spot any issues. It's not ideal, but it's better than nothing. Progress is slow, but I feel like I'm getting a bit more comfortable with each run.

Filming yourself is a great idea! I've done that too, it helps to identify areas for improvement. Also, don't worry if progress is slow, it's all about making small adjustments and being consistent. Focus on how your body feels, if you're feeling more comfortable and efficient, that's a good sign you're on the right track.
